Dear Team—

I understand you all just wrapped up your gathering - I hope you’re as excited as I am with the positive developments. Previously I sent you all a note, I mentioned the following: “I believe in this crew. You all are some of the most dedicated and talented developers we have had the chance to work with - and we’re looking forward for that collaboration to persist.”

Through your commitment and adaptability, particularly over the past twelve months, you repeatedly show that.

The player input from last autumn’s the game demo was enlightening. It affirmed the promise of a action-packed game but made clear we still had work to do. It highlighted the need for a more distinct brand.

It’s been inspiring to see how far you’ve advanced. You accepted the input to consideration and reimagined Project ETHOS with a revitalized goal - one that’s positioned to fulfill its ambition to our fans.

The trust in this project increases every day. To boost the remarkable advancement you’ve made, It is a pleasure to welcome the new hire as the incoming Studio Head of 31st Union. Following several months of discussions, he comes aboard us on the specified date.

His leadership and background in the competitive gaming field is considerable, having spent the past decade and a half developing and managing some of the most recognizable series in gaming, including Call of Duty: Black Ops, and most recently, Apex Legends.

Please join me in welcoming Ben in the coming days. We are all eager to keep observing the evolution of the game in the weeks to come.
